Aditya is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. He joins us from Raymond Consumer Care, where he served as CFO. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Danone India, Reckitt Benckiser, ConAgra Foods, and Sterlite Optical Technologies.

His experience includes business performance management, manufacturing footprint restructuring, business acquisition, integration and mergers, fundraising, accounting, and financial reporting, among other key areas.
