Malay has 25 years of comprehensive experience across various industries, with a primary focus on FMCG. His expertise spans greenfield setups, brownfield expansions, 3P augmentation, supply chain transformation, and full-cycle project management, all with a strong emphasis on delivering business P&L results. He is highly skilled in advanced end-to-end Supply Chain Strategies, Optimization Processes with various supply chain tools. Malay holds a B. Tech in Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering, as well as a B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry from Jadavpur University. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports and music, which he actively enjoys in his free time with reading.
