Most recently, he served as the IBD Head of Regulatory and Quality at Dabur International Limited, based in Dubai. In this role, he led Corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs for international markets and oversaw plant quality operations in UAE, Turkey, Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa, Iran, and Pakistan.

Manav holds a B.Tech in Food Engineering & Technology. His career spans leadership roles at prominent organizations, including Abbott Healthcare, Mother Dairy, Tata Global Beverages, Agro Tech Foods, and Hindustan Lever Ltd.
